Do I need to sign up?
No. On-device editing and saving work without signing up, and your first AI edit is free. An anonymous account tied to your device is created server-side; no email is asked for.
Does my photo leave my device?
Only for AI looks, and only for that one generation. Body, retouch, makeup and filter tools run offline on your phone.
How much is Glooowe Pro?
Pro is monthly or yearly. The store shows the exact price for your country at checkout, and you can cancel any time.
How do I restore my purchases?
Settings → “Restore purchases”. The subscription belongs to your store account, not to the device.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → “Delete my account”, or use the account deletion page linked in the footer.
An AI result came out wrong
Tap “Report a problem” on the result. We review the report and fix the look if it needs fixing.
