GLOOOWE

Portrait retouch and virtual makeup

Glooowe does two things to a portrait: it cleans up the skin and it puts makeup where makeup belongs. A 68-point face map finds the lips, cheekbones, eyelids and brows, so lipstick never bleeds past the lip line. Smoothing is edge-aware: lashes, lip line and hairline stay crisp and skin reads as rested, not plastic.

Skin: rested, not erased

Blemish removal works spot by spot instead of blurring the whole face. Skin tone balancing takes out redness and the under-eye tool lifts shadows. Smoothing is edge-aware, so lashes, lip line and hairline never blur. At high strength skin texture softens too, so use it sparingly.

  • Blemishes, skin tone and under-eye are separate controls
  • Teeth and eye whitening have their own sliders

Makeup: what the 68 points are for

Without a face map, virtual makeup lands correctly in one photo and slides off in the next. Glooowe measures the face in every frame, so lipstick stays on lips and shadow stays on lids even at an angle.

  • Lipstick, blush, eyeshadow, brows, contour and highlight
  • Ready-made styles you can then fine-tune
  • Each product has its own strength control

Frequently asked questions

Does virtual makeup look like real makeup?

Products follow the face map and each has its own strength. Low values are hard to notice; high values give an editorial look. The call is yours.

Does retouching change my features?

No. The retouch tools work on skin and colour, not on face geometry.

Does it work on men’s portraits?

Yes. The skin tools are not gendered, and you can retouch without opening the makeup products at all.
