GLOOOWE

Filters and light controls

Glooowe ships 12 filters, all built with portraits in mind, so skin tones do not drift green or magenta. Every filter has a strength slider, which means you are never forced to apply it at full power. Underneath sit manual exposure, contrast, warmth and saturation controls.

Glooowe filter strip showing Natural, Porcelain, Golden and Cinema previews

Twelve filters tuned for faces

Natural is a neutral starting point for everyday shots. Porcelain lifts the skin, Golden adds golden-hour warmth, and Cinema deepens contrast and shadows. The rest sit between those four directions.

Why the strength slider exists

Preset filters are too strong for most photos. Pulling strength down to about thirty per cent usually removes the "filtered" feeling and leaves only the effect you actually wanted.

  • At zero strength you see the original photo
  • Press and hold to compare with the before state
  • Manual light controls stack on top of a filter

Frequently asked questions

Do filters reduce photo quality?

The filter is applied across the full working resolution. Exports go up to a 1080 px long edge on the free plan and 2048 px (2K) with Pro; larger photos are scaled down.

Can I save my own filter?

Right now there are preset filters plus manual controls. Saving your own preset is not available yet.

Can I apply makeup after a filter?

Yes. The tools are independent and can be used in any order.
